The Culture War College Logo Explained

Our logo is simple and meaningful.

At the center of the logo is the cross, just as the cross is central to who we are and proclaims whose we are.

The Bible says God’s shield of faith protects us from the flaming arrows of Satan’s attack and the wreath of victory symbolizes the fact that God has already won. He has already defeated the evil one.

The six disks arrayed before this victorious shield symbolize the three main battlefields and the three major combatants engaging for the culture on those battlefields. They are laid out before the shield but the order and pattern are not labeled as our battlefields are not predictable and our opponents are not easily identified. We know they are there and it’s on those battlefields and for ourselves as well as those opponents that we have chosen to contend for the cause of Jesus Christ.

All of us will eventually kneel at the foot of the cross and give an accounting for how we conducted ourselves during this conflict. The six discs approach the foot of the cross to acknowledge that reality. The Bible says that one day at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
